This wording is a placeholder pending legal review. The section
structure below is final.
Donations
Everything in this library is free to read. Donations are voluntary and support the work of publishing and maintaining it.
Requesting a refund
If you donated in error, or the amount was not what you intended, contact us and we will refund it.
Accounts created with a donation
A donation may be accompanied by an account, which keeps your notes, bookmarks and reading positions. Refunding a donation does not delete that account, and closing an account does not affect a donation already made.
Duplicate donations
Accidental duplicates are refunded in full as soon as we are told.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original card and usually appear within five to ten working days.
